Sides of Me is a holder-owned vault for career facts. You keep the facts. A hiring team sees one only when you create a grant for a purpose and a time you choose, and you can revoke that grant.

Trust grades stay visible on a fact and on a grant: self-asserted, confirmed by someone you asked, or checked by an issuer. A demo issuer is a demonstration signature. It is not a background-check company.

Ask someone to confirm a fact only when that ask is honest and the work email is theirs. Do not use a grant to show a fact you are not willing to stand behind.

Login links expire. Referee links expire. We do not sell facts. The privacy note says what a referee and a hiring team can see.
